Once again, Homestead was accommodating for my situation. Last week, my engine was making some unusual noises, and I called HA&T last Friday to schedule service for their soonest available appointment. They had an appointment for this week Tuesday. However, Devin at the front desk said I could bring in my vehicle that same day (last Friday), and although the shop wouldn't be able to fix it right then, he could at least tell me whether is was safe to drive and if it was low on anything. It turned out it was very low on coolant because there was a leak in the water pump. I appreciated his willingness to explain and show evidence of the leak and its components without being intimidating. Homestead was also straightforward in letting me know that the needed repairs would be labor intensive. This encounter is one of several positive experiences that I've had at Homestead over the past 6 years. I've brought my car saying "I hear this noise....." and it offers peace of mind knowing that when I have vehicle questions, I have a reputable place to turn to. As a shop, they have been upfront about pricing and they understand if you want a second opinion. I would definitely recommend!

We stopped here after getting back from vacation and realizing that we had a flat tire. The front desk and service tech were super helpful and took care of us right away. Because of these two employees I will definitely go back. Thank you!

Our family has been taking our vehicles to Homestead for years, and we continue to be impressed by the quality of service and transparent pricing and timeline expectations. They have never pressured us to pay for services that were not needed, and have found ways to help whenever we've been in a pinch. I would recommend this team to anyone and expect to continue working with them for future repairs and maintenance.

I Brought My 2004 Buick Park Avenue to Homestead for brakes. They did an Awesome job on replacing the Rear pads and rotors! They inspected my front brakes and rotors and informed me that they were in great shape and no need of repair! Upon inspecting their work, they showed me that my airshocks were leaking oil. I asked them if they could work out an estimate and they said they were already doing that! They replaced my airshocks and my brakes, and now the Buick is riding like brand new! And to top of it off, they gave me a loaner car while I waited for 2 days! By the way, the loaner car was lucky!!! Not always available!!!

I had an outstanding experience with this auto service team. They spent an entire day carefully diagnosing my car, initially thinking it was one issue, but instead of stopping there, they kept digging until they found the true problem. Their thoroughness and honesty ended up saving me thousands of dollars and I was able to keep my car instead of facing a much bigger repair or replacement. Throughout the process, their communication was excellent. They kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions being made. The team was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. It’s hard to find service like this these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused car care.
